Today, the website was down for most of the day, and we’re truly sorry you had to experience that. Here’s what happened…

We reached a point where the site could no longer handle the growing number of daily users. As a result, we experienced several crashes.
After seeing this, we made the decision to move to a dedicated server with much more powerful hardware — something that can support the site’s increasing demands.

Migrating all the data was a long process, but we got it done — and now the site is back online and, in our opinion, running better than ever.

But that’s not all.

In addition to moving the site, we’ve also resolved an issue with browser caching. Previously, some users were seeing outdated cached pages after logging into their accounts.
That’s no longer the case — you should now always see the most up-to-date version of the site once you log in.
