A Wife’s Phone v. 0.6.0

How to upload your saves from a local device to the web version?

First, you need to prepare the saves by adding them to a .zip folder. The name can be anything, but it’s important that your saves are immediately inside the .zip folder. If they are inside a subfolder within the .zip folder, they won’t load.

Example: AWP.zip/saves/1_1LT.save will not work because the save file is inside the “saves” folder within the archive. AWP.zip/1_1LT.save is the correct format for the compressed save.

You can find your saves in the A Wife’s Phone/game/saves folder or Documents/RenPy_Saves/com.bloodyink.awifesphone/ (android).

IMPORTANT: You can compress all your saves into one .zip folder and upload them at once. There is no limit on the number of saves.

After preparing the archive, click on the three lines in the top left corner and select “import saves.” Then, choose your archive from your local device. The saves should upload to the browser.

Also, remember to occasionally export your saves to your local device in case your browser cache is cleared. To do this, click the three lines in the top left corner and select “export saves“, then choose where you want to save the archive with your saves.
